Horizontal 16:9 fits the full scene with black side borders at 854×480 or 1280×720. Square 1:1 crops the top and bottom to 480×480 or 720×720; it does not stretch the person. The public 6-second reference is a shorter third-party excerpt. Check your generated face, timing and background before sharing.
Does the video keep the freestyle sound?
The Original export restores the source freestyle audio and provides a separate muted MP4.
